SprintPOS is a Windows based operating system designed for small businesses that need a quick and easy to use Point of Sale system. SprintPOS is continuously being updated with the latest technologies to ensure you have the best tool possible for your business.

All Your Data in One Place

SprintPOS stores your data using Microsoft SQL server, which means your data is always accessible even without internet connection.

SprintPOS comes with an automatic backup system that can be set up to ensure that all your data is safeguarded in case of an unlikely hardware failure.

SprintPOS designers created a simple to use lay out for the sales screen to optimise transaction speed.

This system was designed to give you the tools to conduct your business as quickly and efficiently as possible. A wide array of buttons allows you to quickly add products, edit pricing and apply discounts.

Quick Sales

The SprintPOS system provides you with a wide range of payment options. Each of these payment options allow you to finalise a sale with two clicks only. For small sales (less than $100) SprintPOS enables you to finalise the sales in one action. Just select the amount provided by the customer to finalise the sales.

Discounts

Offer discounts to customers using the pre-set 5% and 10% discount buttons or use the ‘Apply Discount’ button to choose how much of a discount to apply and for which products.

Quick Price Management

SprintPOS is designed for quick management at all times. Whilst making a sale just two clicks will enable you to provide discounts, a set surcharge, a price override or a quantity override.

 

Payments

Fast Cash, Fast Payments

For small sales (less than $100) SprintPOS enables you to finalise the sales in one action. Just select the amount provided by the customer to finalise the sales.

Card Payments

Simple and quick card payment with integrated EFTPOS reduces user errors and maximises efficiency.

Split Payments

Mix and match payment options allows your customers to pay by more than one method, for example, cash and card or card and card.

Store Management

Refunds

Refund past transactions, either full transactions or single product, to the customer using either cash, card or account refund.

Daily Totals (Balance Till)

Run a daily till balance to keep track of your daily total sales by payment types, as well as any payments made and any cash in or out of the till.

Customer Management

Manage customer accounts including receive or reverse payments, cash-in/cash-out and Customer loyalty.

Staff Management

Have complete control over access levels with individual logins, user roles and permissions.

Multi-till functionality

SprintPOS grows with your business so you can add additional tills and sync the data as your business expands.

Easy Product Management

Complete control over product management allows you to add, edit and close products as often as you like. Stock levels and pricing can all be set from the same simple menu.

Unlimited Products

Create an unlimited number of products, departments or product groups as required to manage your business.

Barcodes

Simple barcode creation whilst adding a product. Take advantage of our inbuilt label printing tools to print product and shelf labels, complete with barcode.

 

Inventory

Inventory

Simple stock and pricing management options enable you to easily edit or change your stock level and product pricing. Using the Product Pad management tool you can easily set out how you want your products displayed on the screen.

Stay Informed

Quick reports can help show your current stock level, how much stock is currently being moved, which products are selling the most and much more. Utilise these reports to determine which stock needs re-ordering, which product is most profitable and which direction to take your business.

Export Reports

All reports can be exported from the system into a wide range of formats, such as pdf, csv or excel formats. These formats can also be e-mailed directly from our software to anyone such as your accountant, or you can simply export it straight into Xero or Saasu.

Security

SprintPOS is an independent system not requiring the use of internet to work. All your data is stored on a database on your machine and can be accessed at any time.

The following covers the suggested hardware requirements for SprintPOS to function as intended.

SprintPOS can run on standard computer hardware but was designed to run on specialised point of sale retail hardware.

SprintPOS can also run on Laptops and Tablets that meet these requirements.
